摘 要:以某高速动车组轴箱轴承为例,建立外圈伤损状态下轴箱轴承的车辆动力学模型,获取不同速度级下的轴箱加速度。针对轮轨振动带来的干扰,利用带通滤波后包络解调的诊断方法,借助不同速度级下的轴箱加速度均验证了监测方法的有效性。利用不同带通滤波频率、包络解调后分析包络谱1阶频率幅值,结果表明:6~8 kHz的1阶幅值高出其他两频段大约2个数量级,说明该频段成分更加明显;11.5~13.5、19~21 kHz两频段包络解调后求得的1阶幅值数量级相同,其中19~21 kHz频段更大。Taking the axle box bearing of a high-speed EMU as an example,this paper established the vehicle dynamic model of axle box bearing under the condition of outer ring damage,and obtained the axle box acceleration under different speed levels.Aiming at the interference caused by wheel rail vibration,the diagnostic method of envelope demodulation after band-pass filtering was used.The effectiveness of the monitoring method was verified by the axle box acceleration at different speed levels.After using different band-pass filter frequencies,the first-order frequency amplitude of envelope spectrum was analyzed after envelope demodulation.The results showed that the first-order amplitude of 6~8 kHz was higher than the other two frequency bands by two orders of magnitude,indicating that the component of this frequency band was more obvious;The first-order amplitude obtained after envelope demodulation of the two frequency bands of 11.5~13.5 kHz and 19~21 kHz was the same order of magnitude,of which the frequency band of 19~21 kHz was larger.
