摘　　要：针对因实验器材短缺及功能不完备,设计开发一款功能较为全面的虚拟PLC实验平台,该平台由三菱PLC编程软件GX-Works2,三菱OPC服务软件MX OPC server,以及组态王软件KingView组成。其中,GX-Works2用来进行PLC程序的编辑与处理,KingView用于对实验所控制对象进行模拟与仿真,MX OPC server用于实现GX-Works2与KingView之间的数据通信,通过建立一个基础实验平台和几个常见实验的仿真界面,并通过水塔水位仿真控制的案例展示该方案的有效性与可靠性。In response to the shortage of experimental equipment and incomplete functionality,a fully functional virtual PLC experimental platform is designed and developed.The platform consists of Mitsubishi PLC programming software GX-Works2,Mitsubishi OPC service software MX OPC server,and KingView software.Among them,GX-Works2 is used for editing and processing PLC programs,KingView is used for simulating the controlled objects in the experiment,and MX OPC server is used to achieve data communication between GX-Works2 and KingView.By establishing a basic experimental platform and simulation interfaces for several common experiments,the effectiveness and reliability of this scheme are demonstrated through a case study of water tower and water level simulation control.
