摘 要:某炼油厂60 dam^(3)/h制氢转化炉在2017年大检修期间进行了技术改造,将低温段的热管式空气预热器更换为铸铁板式空气预热器、将高温段板式空气预热器更换为低压力降板式空气预热器。制氢装置自2018年1月开工以来,制氢炉炉顶两个压力测点随运行负荷的提高逐步呈现间断性微正压状态,超过控制指标(-90~-20 Pa)。经研究分析,认为设计输入条件(氧体积分数2.08%)偏离实际运行条件(氧体积分数5.6%)造成低温段空气预热器设计压力降偏大,从而制约了制氢转化炉负荷的提高,这是制氢转化炉满负荷运行瓶颈的主要原因。A 60 dam^(3)/h hydrogen production reformer in an oil refinery has undergone technical transformation during the overhaul in 2017, replacing the heat pipe air preheater in the low temperature section of the convection section with a cast iron plate air preheater, and replacing the plate air preheater in the high temperature section with a low-pressure falling plate air preheater.Since the start up of the hydrogen production unit in January 2018, the two pressure measuring points on the top of the hydrogen production furnace have gradually presented an intermittent micro-positive pressure state with the increase of operating load, exceeding the control index(-90~-20 Pa). Through research and analysis, the design input condition(2.08% oxygen volume fraction) deviates from the actual operation condition(5.6% oxygen volume fraction), resulting in the large design pressure drop of the air preheater in the low temperature section, which restricts the increase of the load of the hydrogen production converter, which is the main reason for the bottleneck of hydrogen production reformer operating at full load.
