摘  要:为了充分利用剩余的重整氢资源、最大限度改善蜡油性质,在现有的柴油加氢装置内增设一个蜡油加氢处理反应系统,对焦化蜡油和直馏蜡油进行加氢处理。两套装置并联运行,共用氢气系统,蜡油加氢装置不设分馏系统,精制蜡油由热低压分离器直接去催化裂化(催化)装置,实现了热进料。催化装置进料实现了部分加氢处理,原料的密度、硫含量、氮含量、饱和烃含量、馏程及500℃馏出量等性质得到了大幅度改善,催化装置高附加值产品(液化石油气、汽油、柴油)收率显著提升,经济效益十分可观。In order to make full use of excess hydrogen from continuous catalytic reforming(CCR)and maximize the improvement of properties of the wax oil,a wax oil hydrotreating reaction system is added to the existing diesel hydrogenation unit to hydrotreat the heavy coking gas oil(HCGO)and vacuum gas oil(VGO).The two units operate in parallel and share hydrogen system.The wax oil hydrogenation unit is not equipped with fractionation system,and the refined wax oil is directly sent to the FCC unit as hot feed through the low-pressure hot separator.The feed of the FCC unit has been partially hydrotreated.The density,sulfur content,nitrogen content,saturated hydrocarbon content,distillation range and 500℃distillate of the feedstock have been greatly improved.The yield of high value-added products(liquefied petroleum gas,gasoline,diesel)of the FCC unit has been significantly improved,and the economic benefits are considerable.
