摘 要:再生系统是连续重整装置的核心单元之一,其运行平稳与否不仅影响催化剂的活性及损耗,更关乎装置的安全及经济效益。基于中国石油化工股份有限公司金陵分公司1000 kt/a连续重整装置实际运行数据,分析了催化剂流速、提升压差、催化剂淘析气量等关键参数对再生系统的影响。结果表明:待生提升气和再生提升气最佳流量分别为184~277 m^(3)/h和337~430 m^(3)/h,而淘析气量需根据催化剂的真实密度调整;催化剂正常循环时需控制提升压差在10~16 kPa;在线加剂时需手动控制待生提升二次气流量以保证催化剂循环;再生器内网的清洁度和完整性也是保证催化剂正常烧焦的前提之一。Regeneration system is one of the cores of continuous reforming unit.Its smooth operation not only affects the activity and loss of catalyst,but also relates to the safety and economic benefits of the unit.Based on the actual operation data of the 1 MM TPY continuous reforming unit in SINOPEC Jinling Company,the influence of key parameters such as catalyst flow rate,lifting pressure difference,and catalyst elutriation gas flow rate on the regeneration system is analyzed.The results show that the optimal flow rates of spent lift gas and regenerated lift gas are 184~277 m^(3)/h and 337~430 m^(3)/h,respectively,and the elutriation gas flow rate needs to be adjusted according to the true density of catalyst;during normal circulation of catalyst,the lifting pressure difference must be controlled at 10~16 kPa;during online dosing,it is necessary to manually control the secondary gas flow rate of the spent lift to ensure catalyst circulation;the cleanliness and integrity of the regenerator internal network is also one of the prerequisites to ensure the normal coking of the catalyst.
