摘　　要：介绍了4种不同粒度分布的催化剂在中型提升管评价装置上的催化裂化试验研究,通过调节剂油比等方式考察了催化剂粒度分布对催化剂理化性能及汽油性质的影响。结果表明:不同粒度分布的催化剂在相同的反应条件下,反应性能各异,降低催化剂粒度分布对异构化、芳构化、氢转移等二次反应均有利;催化剂的粒度分布对催化剂的反应产物中汽油质量和流化性能有明显影响,粒径为40μm的催化剂的流化性能较差,若能在40~80μm之间找到流化性能较好、产品分布较佳的催化剂粒度分布,可能有利于提高催化剂的性能。The FCC test of four catalysts with different particle size distribution on a medium-sized riser evaluation unit is introduced.The effect of catalyst particle size distribution on the physical and chemical properties of catalyst and gasoline properties is investigated by adjusting the ratio of catalyst to oil.The results are as follows.Under the same reaction conditions,the catalyst with different particle size distribution has different reaction performance.Reducing the particle size of the catalyst is beneficial to the secondary reactions such as isomerization,aromatization and hydrogen transfer.The particle size distribution of the catalyst has obvious influence on the quality of gasoline in the reaction products and fluidization performance of the catalyst.The fluidization performance of the catalyst with particle size of 40μm is poor.If the catalyst with good fluidization performance and better product distribution can be found with the particle size distribution of 40~80μm,it may be beneficial to improve the performance of the catalyst.
