摘　　要：目的:探讨经鼻氧管常规湿化与非湿化中低流量吸氧对中老年人群氧气疗法的效果、舒适度的影响是否有明显差异。方法:便利抽样选取2020年7月至2021年2月在大理大学第一附属医院老年病科长期中低流量吸氧的中老年患者420例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为湿化组和非湿化组。所有对象均给予持续中低流量鼻氧管吸氧,每日吸氧时间>12 h。结果:2组患者在吸氧过程中痰量、经皮动脉血氧饱和度、鼻咽部感受、氧气异味感等方面差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),且2组患者满意度接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中老年人经鼻氧管常规中低流量吸氧过程中无需进行湿化处理。Objective:To explore whether there is a significant difference in the effect and comfort of oxygen therapy between conventional humidification and non-humidification of low-medium flow oxygen inhalation through nasal oxygen tube for middle-aged and elderly people.Methods:A total of 420 middle-aged and elderly patients receiving long-term low-medium flow oxygen inhalation in the geriatric department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Dali University from July 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into humidified and non-humidified groups by random number table method.Both groups received continuous low-medium flow oxygen inhalation through nasal oxygen tube for more than 12 hours per day.Results:There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of sputum volume,percutaneous arterial oxygen saturation,sensation of the nasopharynx,and odor sensation of oxygen during oxygen inhalation(P>0.05).The satisfaction of the two groups was also similar with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Humidification is not necessary in the process of routine low-medium flow oxygen inhalation through nasal oxygen tube for middle-aged and elderly people.
