摘  要:为支撑大功率电力电子装备绝缘可靠设计与状态评估,本文基于椭圆偏振原理与太赫兹波的高信噪比窄脉宽特性,提出了适用于复杂电应力下的固体电介质空间电荷反射与透射法光学测量方案,推导构建了电荷信号传变过程的数学表征模型,对比指出两种方案下探测光光强差与电荷信号幅值近似成正比,且当反射法入射角大于0.29°时测量灵敏度更高。进一步搭建两种方案的椭圆偏振测量系统开展实验研究,结果验证了反射法测量比例系数高于透射原理,同时选用熔融石英晶体作为传感器材料时灵敏度和稳定性较高,且测量线性度误差与重复性误差均低于5%。本文工作将为空间电荷高时空分辨率测量系统的拓扑设计提供前期基础。In order to support the reliable design and condition assessment of high-power power electronic equipment insulation,this paper proposes the reflection and transmission optical measurement schemes of space charge inside solid dielectric suitable for complex electrical stresses based on the elliptic polarization principle and the TeraHertz wave with high signal-to-noise ratio and narrow pulse width features.The mathematical characterization model of charge signal evolution process is derived and constructed.The comparison results show that the intensity difference of the detection light is approximately proportional to the amplitude of the charge signal under the two schemes,and the measurement sensitivity of the reflection scheme is higher when its incident angle is greater than 0.29°.Further,the elliptic polarization measurement systems of the two schemes are built for experimental research.The results has verified that the ratio coefficient of the reflection scheme is higher than that of the transmission one,and the sensitivity and stability are higher when molten quartz crystal is used as the sensor material.The linearity and repeatability errors are also less than 5%.The research in this paper can provide a preliminary basis for topological design of space charge measurement system with high spatial and temporal resolutions.
