摘  要:通信车供电系统是通信车辆在正常和极端环境下安全有效运行、成功完成各种通联任务、保证车辆生命力的关键。如何对通信车供电系统进行合理有效的可靠性设计,使通信车在稳定实现各项任务通联功能的同时,又能保证车辆供电系统的稳定性和可靠性,成为车辆供电系统设计中的重要环节和技术难点。论文基于通信车供电系统的组成及工作原理,建立了供电系统及其各单元的可靠性模型,采用专家评分法对可靠性指标进行了合理分配,使供电系统各单元的平均故障间隔时间更符合供电系统可靠性的实际要求。同时根据供电系统的可靠性模型,进行了故障模式影响分析,识别了供电系统的薄弱环节,并进行了相应的可靠性设计(包括工艺设计、元器件质量控制、裕度设计和耐环境设计),以减少通信车供电系统的故障发生率,消除系统的潜在故障隐患,提高了通信车供电系统的可靠性水平。The power supply system of communication vehicle is the key to the safe and effective operation of communication vehicle in normal and extreme environment,to successfully complete all kinds of communication tasks,and to ensure the vitality of the vehicle.How to carry out reasonable and effective reliability design of the communication vehicle power supply system,to make the communication vehicle can stably realize the functions of various tasks and to ensure the stability and reliability of the vehicle power supply system,has become an important link and technical difficulties in the design of the vehicle power supply system.Based on the composition and working principle of the power supply system of communication vehicle,the reliability model of the power supply system and its units is established in this paper.The expert scoring method is used to reasonably allocate the reliability indexes,so that the mean time between failure of each unit of the power supply system is more in line with the actual requirements of the power supply system reliability.At the same time,according to the reliability of power supply system model,the failure mode effects analysis is carried out,the weak links of the power supply system is identified,and the reliability design(including the fault-tolerant design,process design,components quality control,margin design,environmental design,etc.)is made,in order to reduce the failure rate of the communication vehicle power supply system,eliminate the potential problems in the system,improve the reliability of power supply system of communication vehicle.
