聚烯烃催化剂工艺尾气治理现状及工艺路径分析

摘　　要：目前国内聚烯烃催化剂多为钛系催化剂,生产过程中会产生大量的含挥发性有机废气(VOCs)及氯化氢尾气,其对环境和人类有一定的危害,因此,治理聚烯烃催化剂工艺尾气越来越重要.本文介绍了常见的治理聚烯烃催化剂工艺尾气的5种主要方法及4种组合治理工艺路径,对比分析了4种组合工艺的工艺特点及净化效率,为聚烯烃催化剂工艺尾气治理措施的选择提供参考依据.At present,domestic polyolefin catalysts are mostly titanium catalysts,and a large number of VOCs and hydrogen chloride tail gas will be produced in the production process,which has certain harm to the environment and human beings.Therefore,it is more important to control the exhaust gas of polyolefin catalyst process.This paper introduces five main treatment methods and four combined treatment process paths of polyolefin catalyst process tail gas,compares and analyzes the process characteristics and purification efficiency of the four combined processes,and provides reference for the selection of treatment measures of polyolefin catalyst process tail gas.
