摘  要:将丝素蛋白和聚丙烯酰胺作为柔性基体,磷掺杂还原氧化石墨烯作为导电物质,按不同比例混合后,设计并制备出一种软导电水凝胶。采用扫描电子显微镜对水凝胶的形貌进行观察,用万用电表对水凝胶的传感性能进行检测,并通过万能试验拉伸机测量水凝胶的弹性。制备的水凝胶具有显著的可拉伸性和压缩性,力学性能稳定,可组成具有宽传感范围的应变/应力传感器(应变:2%~800%;应力:0.5~85 kPa)。对水凝胶进行多次压缩-回复测试后,水凝胶仍能回复原状。采用制备的水凝胶传感器监测人体的一系列物理信号(关节运动、面部姿势、脉搏、呼吸等),这种由丝素蛋白、聚丙烯酰胺组成的水凝胶是一种多功能材料,可用于可穿戴电子设备、健康和运动监测器、软机器人等领域。Asoft conductive hydrogel was designed and prepared by mixing silk fibroin and polyacrylamide as flexible substrates and phosphorus-doped graphene oxide as conductive material with different proportions.The morphology of the hydrogel was observed by scanning electron microscopy,the sensing property of the hydrogel was detected by multimeter,and the elasticity of the hydrogel was measured by universal testing machine.The prepared hydrogel possesses excellent tensile/compressive properties and mechanical stability,and it can be used to fabricate strain/stress sensors with wide-range sensing(strain:2%-800%;stress:0.5-85 kPa).The hydrogel can restore to its original state after repeated compression and recovery tests.Therefore,the corresponding sensor based on the above hydrogel can monitor a series of physical signals(joint movement,facial posture,pulse,respiration,etc.).This kind of hydrogel composed of silk fibroin and polyacrylamide is a multi-functional material,which can be used in the fields of wearable bioelectronics,health and motion monitors,and softrobots.
