摘 要:为研究预应力筋施工偏差对波形钢腹板箱梁桥受力性能影响,以有限元软件Midas为工具,仿真模拟一座三跨波形钢腹板预应力混凝土组合连续箱梁桥悬臂浇筑施工,分析体内预应力筋竖向偏位和张拉误差对桥梁结构变形、应力及稳定性影响规律。结果表明:预应力张拉误差对波形钢腹板箱梁桥受力性能影响比预应力筋竖向偏位影响大。最大悬臂阶段和成桥阶段下主梁变形量随着预应力张拉误差的增大而增加,而钢腹板剪应力和结构稳定安全系数均无明显变化。预应力筋竖向偏位对最大悬臂阶段和成桥阶段下波形钢腹板箱梁桥受力性能影响均很小。To study the influence of construction deviation of prestressed tendons on the mechanical performance of box girder bridge with corrugated steel web,the finite element software Midas was used to simulate the cantilever pouring construction of a three-span prestressed concrete composite continuous box girder bridge with corrugated steel web,and the influence of vertical deflection and tension deviations of internal prestressed tendons on the deformation,stress and stability of bridge structure was analyzed.The calculation results show that the influence of the prestressed tension deviations on the mechanical performance of box girder bridge with corrugated steel web is greater than that of prestressed tendon vertical deflection.In the maximum cantilever stage and the structure completion stage,the deformation of the main girder increases with the increase of prestressed tension deviation,while the shear stress of the steel web and the safety factor of structural stability are not significantly changed.Prestressed tendon vertical deflection has little effect on the mechanical performance of box girder bridge with corrugated steel web in the maximum cantilever stage and the structure completion stage.
