摘　　要：从建国初期《人民日报》中相关报道来看,女共产党员的身份有全国民主妇联主席、副主席,东北抗联政委,护厂模范,农村女支书、妇女会主任等,在维护世界和平与全世界妇女大团结、妇女儿童工作、革命解放事业、支持新婚姻法、保护国家财产、农业生产、农村妇女识字学文化、妇女思想教育等方面树立了行为典范作出了突出的的贡献。她们积极生产、忘我工作,在困难中冲在前面,在党的利益面前,不怕牺牲自己的生命,这些共产党员优秀品质是人们学习的榜样。《人民日报》对女共产党员的相关报道研究具有时代意义及史料价值。According to relevant reports in the People’s Daily during the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the identities of female Communist Party members include the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the All China Democratic Women’s Federation,and the Northeast Anti-Japanese Political Consultative Conference Commission,model factory protector,rural women’s support secretary,director of women’s association,etc.,responsible for maintaining world peace and women’s great unity,women’s and children’s work,revolutionary liberation cause,and support the new Marriage Law,protecting national property,agricultural production,rural women’s literacy and culture,and women’s ideological education,etc.They have made exemplary and immeasurable contributions.They actively produce and work selflessly,leading the way in the face of difficulties,and not afraid to sacrifice their lives in front of the interests of the Party.The outstanding qualities of these Communist Party members are role models for people to learn from.The research on the relevant reports of female Communist Party members has historical significance and academic value.
