村民对村医依赖度不足的成因及对策

摘　　要：采用半结构式访谈与实地观察法研究村民对村医依赖度不足形成的原因。结果表明:从整体来看,村医队伍自身医疗能力较差,难以满足村民医疗需求;国家针对村医的社会保障机制不完善,难以吸引优质人才;村卫生室基础建设较为薄弱,难以解决村民基础医疗的日间需求。据此给出相应解决对策,一是加大村医培训力度,全面提升乡村医生基层服务能力;二是提高村医待遇保障,加强村医队伍建设;三是加大基层医疗体系建设,促进优质医疗资源下沉。Semi-structured interview and field observation method were used to study the causes of villagers'insufficient dependence on village doctors.The results show that:on the whole,the village doctor team has poor medical ability,which is difficult to meet the medical needs of villagers;the national social security mechanism for village doctors is not perfect,so it is difficult to attract high quality talents;the infrastructure construction of village clinics is relatively weak,so it is difficult to solve the daytime needs of villagers for basic medical treatment.Accordingly,the corresponding countermeasures are given,firstly,strengthen the training of village doctors and comprehensively improve the service ability of rural doctors;second,improve the salary and welfare of village doctors and strengthen the construction of village doctors;third,strengthen the construction of basic level medical system to promote the sinking of high-quality medical resources.
