摘  要:连续重整装置的原料性质和重整反应器操作条件对C+6重整生成油的芳烃产率和溴指数等性质有较大影响。为了提高连续重整装置目标产物收率和产品质量,基于SP-Reform流程模拟软件建立的某3800 kt/a连续重整装置的反应机理模型,重点研究了重整反应器操作条件(装置加工负荷和反应器入口温度)对目标产物收率和产品质量的影响。研究发现:重整装置加工负荷每提高10百分点,产品的芳烃产率下降0.9百分点左右,溴指数提高0.59 mgBr/100 g左右;尽量提高第一和第二反应器入口温度,同时降低第四和第五反应器入口温度至540℃以下,有助于保持较高的芳烃产率,同时溴指数满足不大于5.0 mgBr/100 g的工艺指标;第五反应器入口温度每下降5℃,溴指数下降0.3 mgBr/100 g左右。The feedstock properties of the continuous catalytic reforming(CCR)unit and the operating conditions of the reforming reactor have a great impact on the aromatics yield and bromine index of the C+6 reforming product.In order to improve the yield and product quality of the target product from the CCR unit,a reaction mechanism model of a 3.8 MM TPY continuous reforming unit was established based on SP-Reform process simulation software.The effects of reforming reactor operating conditions(unit processing capacity and reactor inlet temperature)on the target product yield and product quality were emphatically studied.It is found that the aromatics yield in the product will decrease by about 0.9 percentage points and the bromine index will increase by about 0.59 mgBr/100g when the reforming unit load increases by 10 percentage points;Increasing the inlet temperature of the first reactor and the second reactor as much as possible,and reducing the inlet temperature of the fourth reactor and the fifth reactor to below 540℃,helps to maintain high aromatics yield,while the bromine index meets the process index of not more than 5.0 mgBr/100g.When the inlet temperature of the fifth reactor decreases by 5℃,the bromine index decreases by about 0.3 mgBr/100g.
