摘 要:运用先进控制技术实现了丁辛醇装置多变量预估控制,提高了装置运行平稳率,羰基合成反应器反应温度、缩合反应加热器出口温度、丁醛蒸发器塔釜液位等主要工艺参数波动方差平均降低了70%以上。优化了产品质量,先进控制投用后丙烯消耗下降2.79 kg/t,单耗下降0.46%,每年节约丙烯获得的经济效益200多万元。针对丁辛醇装置氢碳比指标存在控制不稳定、操作强度高等问题,对氢碳比3种自动控制方案和实际运行效果进行了对比研究,创新性采用多模型自动切换技术,实现了丁辛醇氢碳比的智能和平稳控制,提高了氢碳比抗干扰能力。The advanced control technology was used to realize the multivariable predictive control of the butanol octanol unit,which improved the running stability of the unit.The fluctuation variance of the main process parameters such as the reaction temperature of the carbonyl synthesis reactor,the outlet temperature of the condensation reaction heater,and the liquid level of the butyraldehyde evaporator tower decreased by more than 70%on average.The product quality was optimized.After the advanced control was put into use,the propylene consumption decreased by 2.79 kg/t,and the unit consumption decreased by 0.46%.The economic benefit of saving propylene was more than two million yuan every year.Due to the unstable control and high operating intensity of the hydrogen carbon ratio index of the butanol octanol unit,the three automatic control schemes of the hydrogen carbon ratio and the actual operation effect were compared,analyzed,studied and demonstrated.Finally,the intelligent control and stable control of the hydrogen carbon ratio of butanol octanol were realized by using the multi model automatic switching technology innovatively,which improved the anti-interference ability of the hydrogen carbon ratio,and has an important reference significance for the further application of advanced control systems.
