摘  要:氢放空系统是在正常生产或紧急情况下,将氢安全、可靠地排放至大气的系统。但是氢气为易燃易爆气体,点火能低,微小的静电、微弱的火星就能点燃氢气。氢排放系统的本质安全设计要选择合适的排放方式,在合适排放方式的基础上,还要考虑到燃爆、静电、雷电、排放管材料、排放管内氢气流速、排放口高度及方向、阻火器等因素的影响。国家现行标准对氢气放空系统设计的规定相对简单,为了氢能产业的健康发展,建议加强对相关标准的研究,完善标准中的安全条款,开发专用的氢气放空系统。Hydrogen venting system is designed to discharge hydrogen into the atmosphere safely and reliably in normal production or emergency situations.Hydrogen is a flammable and explosive gas with low ignition energy,and small static electricity and weak sparks can ignite hydrogen.The intrinsic safety design of hydrogen venting system must firstly choose the appropriate venting forms.On the basis of the appropriate venting forms,it is also necessary to take into account the effects of detonation,static electricity,lightning,venting pipe material,hydrogen flow rate in the venting pipe,height and direction of venting outlet,flame arrester and other factors.The current national standards for hydrogen venting system design are relatively simple.For the healthy development of hydrogen energy industry,it is suggested to strengthen the research of related standards,improve the safety provisions in the standards,and develop special hydrogen venting system.
