摘 要:采用溶胶凝胶制备了不同浓度Sm掺杂的YbBaCo_(4)O_(7+δ)氧吸附材料,并利用XRD分析、SEM和差热分析仪等仪器对其进行了结构、形貌、氧吸附/脱附性能分析,研究了不同浓度Sm掺杂对YbBaCo_(4)O_(7+δ)氧吸附/脱附性能的影响,测试结果表明:在较低掺杂浓度下,稀土元素Sm完全进入了Yb_(1-x)SmxBaCo_(4)O_(7+δ)纳米粉体的晶格,Yb_(1-x)SmxBaCo_(4)O_(7+δ)纳米粉体仍是单一的114相结构;稀土元素Sm掺杂对Yb_(1-x)SmxBaCo_(4)O_(7+δ)纳米粉体的形貌影响较小。氧吸附/脱附性能测试结果表明:一定量的稀土元素Sm掺杂可以明显提高的YbBaCo_(4)O_(7+δ)纳米粉体的氧吸附性能,YbBaCo_(4)O_(7+δ)的氧吸附的变化量为1.7%,而Yb_(0.8)Sm_(0.2)BaCo_(4)O_(7+δ)的氧吸附的变化量4.6%,同时当N_(2)/O_(2)气体切换时,Yb_(1-x)SmxBaCo_(4)O_(7+δ)具有良好的循环性能。其氧吸附/脱附性能的提高是因为稀土元素Sm掺杂改善了Yb_(1-x)SmxBaCo_(4)O_(7+δ)材料内部的储氧空间。YbBaCo_(4)O_(7+δ)oxygen adsorption material doped with different concentrations of Sm was prepared by sol-gel method.The structure,morphology and oxygen adsorption/desorption properties of the Yb_(1-x) Sm x BaCo_(4)O_(7+δ)nanopowder were analyzed by XRD,SEM and differential thermal analyzer.The effects of different concentrations of Sm doping on YbBaCo_(4)O_(7+δ)nanopowder were studied.The test results show that the rare earth element Sm completely enters the lattice of Yb_(1-x) Sm x BaCo_(4)O_(7+δ)nanopowder.And Yb_(1-x) Sm x BaCo_(4)O_(7+δ)nanopowder is still a single 114 phase structure.Sm doping has little effect on the morphology of Yb_(1-x) Sm x BaCo_(4)O_(7+δ)nanopowder.A certain amount of rare earth element Sm doping can significantly improve YbBaCo_(4)O_(7+δ).For the oxygen adsorption performance of Yb_(1-x) Sm x BaCo_(4)O_(7+δ)nanopowder,the change of oxygen adsorption of YbBaCo_(4)O_(7+δ)is 1.7%,while the change of oxygen adsorption of Yb_(0.8)Sm_(0.2) BaCo_(4)O_(7+δ)is 4.6%.And Yb_(1-x) Sm x BaCo_(4)O_(7+δ)has good circulation performance.The improvement of its oxygen adsorption/desorption performance is due to the improvement of oxygen storage space in Yb_(1-x) Sm x BaCo_(4)O_(7+δ)by rare earth element Sm doping.
