摘　　要：随着我国制鞋业转型步伐加快,淘汰落后产能,变革传统生产方式,推动工艺设备的标准化、自动化和智能化,注重鞋靴产品的功能品质与绿色环保,已成为不可逆转的趋势。本文针对传统冷粘工艺流程复杂、污染环境及鞋靴帮、底易开胶等诸多问题,结合现行冷粘、连帮工艺各自优势,设计了一种自动化环保的聚氨酯螺旋射流连帮工艺,介绍了聚氨酯螺旋射流连帮工艺设计思路,进行了聚氨酯螺旋射流连帮工艺构建的动作详解,将聚氨酯螺旋射流连帮工艺结合到新型圆盘机上,实现了该工艺的具体应用,使鞋帮鞋底粘合更加牢固,提升了制鞋设备自动化、智能化水平。With the acceleration of the transformation of China's footwear industry,it has become an irreversible trend to eliminate outdated production capacity,transform traditional production methods,promote standardization,automation,and intelligence of process equipment,and focus on the functional quality and green environmental protection of footwear products.Aiming at many problems such as the complex process of traditional cold bonding,environmental pollution,and the easy opening of shoe uppers and soles,and combining the respective advantages of current cold bonding and lasting processes,this paper designs an automated and environmentally friendly polyurethane spiral jet lasting process.The design idea of polyurethane spiral jet lasting process was introduced,and the action of constructing the polyurethane spiral jet lasting process was explained in detail.By combining the polyurethane spiral jet lasting process with a new type of disc machine,the specific application of the process was realized,making the upper and sole adhesion more firm,and improving the automation and intelligence level of shoemaking equipment.
