摘 要:马蹄寺石窟群浅表部岩体在长期自然因素作用下,出现了开裂、剥落现象,为了更好地保护文化遗产,使用石墨烯纳米片增强传统石窟浅表部开裂加固材料。研究结果表明,石墨烯纳米片的加入提升了复合材料的体积稳定性和机械强度,当石墨烯纳米片的添加量为0.07%时,样品具有最高的强度,90 d无侧限抗压强度、抗折强度和劈裂抗拉强度分别为7.20、3.10和0.70 MPa,相对于传统材料,强度分别提升了14.28%、29.03%和27.27%。傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,FTIR)、拉曼光谱仪(Raman spectrometer,Raman)和X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)结果表明,石墨烯纳米片对复合材料固化产物的种类影响较小,并且能够促进早期水化反应。扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)结果表明,掺加适量的石墨烯纳米片能够促使复合材料形成均匀致密的微观结构。The surface rock mass of Mati Temple grottoes appeared cracks and exfoliations due to long-term natural factors.In order to better protect cultural heritage,graphene sheets were added to the traditional conservation material as an reinforcement.The mechanical properties and volume stability were enhanced with the addition of graphene sheets,and the highest strength was obtained with graphene sheets percentage of 0.07%where the compressive strength,flexural strength and tensile strength at 90 days were 7.20,3.10 and 0.70 MPa,respectively,which enhanced 14.28%,29.03%and 27.27%compared to traditional material.Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR)and Raman results show that the addition of graphene sheets has little influence on the composition of products,and graphene sheets could accelerate the hydration in early age according to the X-ray diffraction(XRD)results.Scanning electron microscope(SEM)images show that graphene could act as a regulate phase to form uniform and compacted microstructure.
