摘  要:针对石南1631注水井结垢问题,以该注水井水样分析数据为基础,对注入水及结垢产物组成进行分析,得到该注水井结垢垢型为碳酸钙垢。为了减缓结垢对注水的影响,选用5种阻垢剂对该注水井水样开展了阻垢效果研究。在阻垢剂单剂对注入水水样阻垢效果实验研究的基础上,将优选出的阻垢剂聚环氧琥珀酸(PESA)与二乙烯三胺五甲叉磷酸(DTPMPA)以2∶1复配,当阻垢剂浓度为80 mg/L时,阻垢率达到90.26%。为明确复配阻垢剂的阻垢机理,对加入不同复配阻垢剂浓度前后形成的垢晶进行扫描电镜分析与X射线衍射分析。结果表明:复配阻垢剂对碳酸钙晶体的形貌与晶体粒径均有一定程度的影响,在实验所用复配阻垢剂浓度范围内,阻垢剂浓度越高,碳酸钙晶体的平均粒径越小;复配阻垢剂主要通过晶格畸变、螯合增溶与低剂量效应,在碳酸钙垢的形成过程起到了抑制作用。Aiming at the scaling problem of Shinan1631 injection well,based on the analysis data of the water sample of the injection well,the composition of the injected water and scaling products was analyzed,and the scaling type of the injection well was calcium carbonate scale.In order to reduce the influence of scale formation on water injection,five scale inhibitors were selected to study the scale inhibition effect of the injected water samples in this well.On the basis of the experimental study on the scale inhibition effect of single scale inhibitor on injected water samples,the optimized scale inhibitor polyepoxysuccinic acid(PESA)and diethylenetriamine pentamethyl fork phosphoric acid(DTPMPA)were compounded at a ratio of 2∶1.When the concentration of the scale inhibitor was 80 mg/L,the scale inhibition rate reached 90.26%.To clarify the scale inhibition mechanism of the composite scale inhibitor,the scale crystals formed before and after adding different concentration of scale inhibitors were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction.The results show that the composite scale inhibitor has a certain influence on the morphology and particle size of calcium carbonate crystal,within the concentration range of the compound scale inhibitor used in the experiment,the higher the concentration of the scale inhibitor,the smaller the average particle size of calcium carbonate crystal.The compound scale inhibitor mainly inhibits the formation of calcium carbonate scale through lattice distortion,chelation solubilization and low dose effect.
