摘  要:个体保暖注重人体周围微环境的调节,在满足热舒适度的前提下可以实现节能。使用COMSOL Multiphysics软件建立了人体—保暖服的流动传热模型,研究了循环水入口速度、循环水入口温度、人体代谢率和环境温度对保暖服保暖性能的影响。结果表明:循环水入口速度和入口温度的增大都会提高保暖效果,保暖服的最佳入口速度为0.6 m/s;循环水入口温度每增加5℃,人体平均温度增加3.92℃,人体表面平均温度增加3.90℃;人体代谢率对保暖效果几乎没有影响。设计保暖服时选取合适的循环水入口速度和温度可以满足热舒适度,同时也可以实现节能。Individual heating focuses on the regulation of the microenvironment around the body,which can achieve energy saving while satisfying the thermal comfort.Using COMSOL Multiphysics software,the flow heat transfer model of body-heating garment was established and the effects of circulating water inlet speed,circulating water inlet temperature,human metabolic rate and ambient temperature on the heating performance of heating garment were studied.The results show that the increase of circulating water inlet speed and inlet temperature will improve the heating effect,and the optimal inlet speed of the heating garment is 0.6 m/s.For every 5℃increase of circulating water inlet temperature,the average body temperature increases by 3.92℃and the average body surface temperature increases by 3.90℃.The human metabolic rate has almost no effect on the heating effect.Selecting the appropriate circulating water inlet speed and temperature when designing the heating garment can meet the thermal comfort and also achieve energy saving.
