摘 要:为研究抱箍式连接接头、啮合式连接接头以及内扣式连接接头在受拉状态下的力学性能,基于ABAQUS平台建立三种接头的有限元模型,对3种接头的抗拔性能进行分析。结果表明:抱箍式连接接头试件受拉时,拉力主要由连接卡承担。抱箍式连接接头试件最终由于连接卡与端板外侧变形过大而破坏。啮合式连接接头试件受拉时,拉力全部由连接块与连接销承担。试件因连接销受拉应变过大而破坏。内扣式连接接头试件受拉时,拉力主要由内扣件承担,试件最终因内扣件受拉应变过大而破坏。内扣式连接接头不能满足管桩的抗拔连接要求,啮合式与抱箍式连接接头可以满足抗拔要求。啮合式连接接头承载能力高,受力直接,是最经济合理的机械性连接接头。In order to study the mechanical properties of clamping joint,engagement joint and internal buckle joint under tension,finite element models of the three joints were established based on ABAQUS platform to analyze the pullout resistance of the three joints.The results show that the tensile force is mainly borne by the joint card when the specimens of the hoop joint are under tension.The specimens of the clamped joint are eventually damaged due to excessive deformation between the joint card and the outer side of the end plate.When the specimen of the engagement type joint is under tension,the tensile force is mainly borne by the connecting block and the connecting pin.The specimen is damaged due to excessive tensile strain on the connector pin.When the test specimen of the internal buckle joint is under tension,the tension is mainly borne by the internal buckle,and the test specimen is finally destroyed due to excessive tensile strain on the internal buckle.The internal buckle connection joint cannot meet the requirements of pullout resistance of pipe pile,while the engagement type and hoop type connection joint can meet the requirements of pullout resistance.The engagement type joint has high bearing capacity and direct force,which is the most economical and reasonable mechanical connection joint.
