摘　　要：Z14联盟高校图书馆协作联席会成立后,为中西部部省合建高校图书馆持续深化合作提供了契机,分析挖掘成员馆现有的信息服务特点,总结基本建设情况,对各馆之间优势互补、谋求进步,构建现代化的智慧服务体系具有重要的现实意义。论文利用文献调研、网络调查和电话访谈法对14家成员馆的建设现状展开调研,基于调研分析结果剖析了联席会及成员馆发展存在的问题,就如何优化信息服务内容并带动中西部高校图书馆综合服务能力整体提升提出相应策略,以期为Z14联盟高校图书馆的进一步发展提供参考。The establishment of the Z14 Consortium provided an opportunity for the libraries in the central and western provinces to continue to deepen their cooperation.Analyzing the characteristics of the existing information services of the member libraries and summarizing the basic conditions of each library are of great practical significance for the libraries to complement each other’s advantages,seek progress and build a modern intelligent service system.This paper uses literature research,internet survey and telephone interview to investigate the current situation of the 14 member libraries in the Z14 consortium.Based on the results of the research and analysis,it analyzes the problems in the development of the consortium and its member libraries,and proposes corresponding strategies on how to optimize the information service content and drive the overall improvement of the comprehensive service capacity of the libraries in central and western universities,in order to provide reference for the further development of the libraries in the Z14 consortium.
