摘 要:目的探讨MDT管理袖状胃切除术对肥胖患者糖脂及骨代谢的影响。方法收集2019年3月-2021年8月于本院行袖状胃切除术的肥胖患者84例,对术前、术后的糖脂及骨代谢指标进行观察研究,进一步探讨MDT管理袖状胃切除术对糖脂及骨代谢的影响。结果患者体重、体重指数、颈围、前臂围、臀围、腰围、腰臀比、大腿围在术后1月下降明显(P<0.05),空腹血糖、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯、尿酸在术后1月下降明显(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白、维生素D在术后1月升高明显(P<0.05),术前、术后患者的血钙、血磷、碱性磷酸酶、甲状旁腺素组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论MDT管理袖状胃切除术对于肥胖及糖脂代谢具有明显的改善效果,对骨代谢并未产生不良影响。Objective To explore the effects of sleeve gastrectomy managed by MDT on glycolipid and bone metabolism in obese patients.Methods The data of 84 obesity patients performed sleeve gastrectomy in our hospital from March 2019 to August 2021 was collected.It conducted observation and study on glycolipid and bone metabolism before and after the operation,and further discussed the effect of sleeve gastrectomy on glycolipid and bone metabolism.Results The patient's body weight,body mass index,neck circumference,forearm circumference,hipline,waistline,waist-hip ratio and thigh circumference,FBG,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein,triglyceride and uric acid decreased significantly in the first month after Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy(P<0.05),high density lipoprotein and Vitamin D increased significantly in the first month after the surgery(P<0.05).However,serum calcium,serum phosphorus,alkaline phosphatase and PTH had not significant difference.Conclusions It has obvious improvement effect of sleeve gastrectomy managed by MDT on glycolipid metabolism in obese patients,and has no adverse effect on bone metabolism.
