摘 要:目的探讨轻-中度气流受限AECOPD不同氧疗方式的疗效。方法对54例轻中度气流受限AECOPD的住院患者随机分成2组分别给予鼻导管吸氧、经鼻高流量湿化氧疗,测定呼吸支持前后的HR、RR、SpO_(2)、PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2);评估舒适度及痰液粘稠度,进行比较。结果2组患者呼吸支持后HR、RR、SpO_(2)、PaO_(2)、CAT评分、痰液粘稠度均得到改善(P<0.05),组间比较无差异性(P>0.05)。结论HFNC与鼻导管吸氧两种方式在轻-中度气流受限的AECOPD患者均可选择。Objective To investigate the efficacy of different oxygen therapy methods for exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)patients with mild-moderate airflow limitation.Methods 54 AECOPD patients with mild-moderate airflow limitation were randomly divided into two groups:nasal catheter oxygen therapy and high-flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy(HFNC).The heart rate(HR),respiratory rate(RR),SpO_(2),PaO_(2),PaO_(2)were measured before and after respiratory support;Assessed and compared comfort level and sputum viscosity.Results HR,RR,SpO_(2),PaO_(2),CAT scores,and sputum viscosity were improved after respiratory support in the two groups(P<0.05),and there was no difference between groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Both HFNC and nasal catheter oxygen therapy can be selected in AECOPD patients with mild-moderate airflow limitation.
