摘　　要：目的以云南省第一人民医院为例,对基于数字化的医院科研信息管理系统需求进行分析,提出研发构建科研管理信息系统,并与医院人事、财务管理系统集成,促进科研项目的全过程精细化管理。方法以科研管理工作内容为主线,采用B/S访问模式研发设计科研全生命周期管理的过程化、数字化和网络化科研管理信息系统。结果建立医院科研电子档案,实现对科研课题、成果、论文、论著、专利、学术任职、科研经费和综合统计的科研业务信息化管理。结论医院科研管理信息系统的建设,为科研人员和管理人员及时了解和掌握相关科研信息提供了可查询平台,对建立数字化医院具有一定的推动作用。Objective Taking The First People's Hospital of Yunnan Province as an example,this paper analyzes the needs of hospital scientific research information management system based on digitalization,and puts forward to develop and construct scientific research management information system,which is integrated with hospital personnel and financial management system,so as to promote the fine management of the whole process of scientific research projects.Methods By taking the content of scientific research management as the main line,using b/s access mode to develop and design a process,digital and network scientific research management information system for the whole life cycle management of scientific research Results The electronic archives of hospital scientific research are established to realize the informatization management of scientific research business on scientific research topics,achievements,papers,treatises,patents,academic posts,scientific research funds and comprehensive statistics.CondusioilS The construction of hospital scientific research management information system provides a query platform for researchers and managers to understand and master relevant scientific research information in time,and plays a certain role in promoting the establishment of digital hospital.
