数智环境下省级医院图书馆助力医院高质量发展探索

摘　　要：目的数智环境下为云南省第一人民医院图书馆服务管理提供了新的视域,为医院软实力的提升、为促进医院高质量发展提供决策依据。方法搭建数字图书馆、创新特色服务、优化检索平台、开展检索技能培训、提供多样化推送途径等方法。结果随着大数据技术发展,医务人员需要更丰富的信息资源、更便捷的获取途径,这对医院图书馆建设提出更高要求,需要高度重视移动图书馆建设工作的开展以及满足不同类型医务人员对医院图书馆的个性化需求。结论本院图书馆要助力医院高质量发展,更好地开展医院图书馆的“云服务”工作,延伸图书馆的服务范畴,为全院医务工作者提供更好的阅读服务,充分利用医学文献资源。Objective To provide a new perspective for the service management of hospital libraries under the environment of mathematical intelligence,and to provide decision-making basis for the promotion of hospitals'soft power and the promotion of high-quality development of hospitals.Methods To build digital libraries,innovate characteristic service,to optimize retrieval platform,to cany out retrieval skill training,to provide diversified push ways and so on.Results With the development of big data technology,medical staff need richer information resources and more convenient access,which puts forward higher requirements for the construction of hospital librarie&It is necessary to attach great importance to the development of mobile-library construction and to meet the personalized needs of different types of medical staff for hospital libraries.Conclusions The hospital library should contribute to the high-quality development of the hospital,to better carry out the ucloud service**work of the hospital library,to extend the service scope of the library,to provide better reading service for the medical staff of the whole hospital,and to make full use of medical literature resources.
