摘　　要：换向器是电机运行的重要部件,质量优异的换向器可以降低整机工作噪声和火花,确保电机持续稳定运转,延长工具使用寿命。换向器超速试验机在电动工具行业和其它相关电机厂广泛运用,通过对换向器超速试验机驱动方式和基本结构的分析研究,阐述换向器动态测试、转子超速试验机、大型物件超速试验机、无刷电机超速试验机的研发方向。Commutators are important components for motor operation,and high-quality commutators can reduce the working noise and sparks of the tool,ensure the continuous and stable operation of the motor,and extend the service life of the tool.The commutator overspeed tester is widely used in the electric tool industry and other related motor factories.Through analysis and research on the driving mode and basic structural status of the commutator overspeed tester,it is elaborated in the research and development directions of the commutator dynamic test,rotor overspeed tester,large object overspeed tester,and brushless motor overspeed tester,etc.
