摘  要:堆石混凝土坝采用常态混凝土作为防渗面板时,在防渗面板施工中易产生层间水平施工冷缝、防渗面板与坝体纵向劈裂的问题。文章通过三道沟水库堆石混凝土坝防渗面板结合面的几种工序处理实践应用研究,提出了常态混凝土防渗面板结合面键槽缝和同步一体化浇筑工法,有效地解决了层间水平施工冷缝和预防了纵向劈裂问题,保证了大坝良好的防渗能力、整体性和稳定性,提升了施工效率,供同类工程施工参考。In the construction of rock-fill concrete dams using ordinary concrete as anti-seepage panels,there are issues such as horizontal cold joints between layers and longitudinal cracking between the panels and the dam body in the construction of anti-seepage panels.This paper presents a practical study on several processes for handling the jointing of anti-seepage panels in rock-fill concrete dam of Sandaogou Reservoir.It proposes a keyway seam and synchronous integrated pouring method for the jointing of ordinary concrete anti-seepage panels,effectively solving the problems of horizontal cold joints between layers and preventing longitudinal cracking.This ensures the good anti-seepage ability,integrity,and stability of the dam,improves construction efficiency,and provides reference for similar construction projects.
