摘 要:输水工程作为民生工程对于解决城市水资源短缺问题具有重要意义。然而,工程由建设期向管理期过渡时难免出现管理失衡、运行混乱等各类问题。大伙房水库输水(二期)工程自投运以来,始终将制度化、规范化、精细化、系统化、信息化、常态化管理贯穿始终,十余年来,各类运行事故零发生,供水区域经济持续发展。文章对工程调度运行标准化典型做法进行介绍,可为同类工程运行管理提供参考。Water diversion projects,as important livelihood projects,play a crucial role in addressing urban water resource shortages.However,during the transition from the construction phase to the management phase,various problems such as management imbalances and operational chaos may arise.Since its inception,the Dahuofang Reservoir Water Diversion(Phase Ⅱ)Project has consistently implemented institutionalized,standardized,refined,systematic,information-based,and normalized management.For more than ten years,there have been no incidents of operational accidents,and the economic development of the water supply area has been sustained.This paper introduces typical standardized practices for the dispatching and operation of the project,which can serve as reference for the operation and management of similar projects.
