摘　　要：2020年新修订《档案法》对档案利用服务作出了进一步规范,是实现档案法治的重要进步。本文运用内容分析法,在解读法治文化内涵的基础上,对新《档案法》中的档案服务条款进行分析,从法治文化的角度梳理法规特征变化,积极借鉴法治文化势能,从观念、行为、价值三个层面思考档案信息资源利用服务发展路径,以构建档案服务法治空间。The newly revised Archives Law in 2020 has made important progress in realizing the rule of law in archives concerning the use of archives.Based on an interpretation of the connotation of rule of law culture,this paper employ content analysis to analyze the provisions of archives service in the new Archives Law.Changes in characteristics of archive laws were sorted out from the perspective of legal culture,actively learning from the potential of legal culture.The development path of archives information resource utilization services were discussed from three levels of concept,behavior and value,in order to build a space of archives service rule of law.
