四川省三州地区助产机构产科用血现况分析

摘　　要：目的探索四川省三州地区助产机构产科用血的空间可及性。方法采用空间分析法,利用地区机构活产数、设有输血科和常规备血的机构占比、机构到供血点往返驾车时长和供血半径作为评价指标,分别从供应与需求角度对三州地区产科用血的现况和可及性进行分析。结果三州地区产妇分布不均且较为分散;助产机构设置输血科和进行常规备血的比例低,占比分别为59.3%和29.1%;供血点仅有5家且空间分布不合理,供血点平均供血半径为131公里,助产机构往返供血点的平均驾车时长为5.6 h,助产机构产科用血的空间可及性较差。结论为有效保障母婴安全建议四川省三州地区根据其服务人口的分布特点加设储血点。Objective To explore the spatial accessibility of obstetric blood transfusion in midwifery institutions in the Sanzhou area of Sichuan Province.Methods With the number of live births,the proportion of institutions with blood transfusion department plus routine blood preparation,the driving time from the institution to blood establishments,and the blood supply radius as the evaluation indexes,we conducted analysis about the status and accessibility of obstetric blood in the Sanzhou area from supply and demand by spatial analysis.Results The spatial distribution of parturient in the Sanzhou area was uneven and scattered.The proportion of midwifery institutions with blood transfusion department and routine blood preparation accounted for 59.3%and 29.1%,respectively.There were only 5 blood establishments with unreasonable spatial distribution.The average blood supply radius was 131 km,and the average driving time from midwifery institutions to blood establishments was 5.6 hours.The spatial accessibility of obstetric blood in midwifery institutions was poor.Conclusion It is suggested to add blood establishments according to the distribution characteristics of pregnant women,so as to effectively protect mother and child health.
