摘　　要：在液化天然气(LNG)接收站运行中,如果LNG低温储罐压力高于设定值,将通过火炬排放,降低储罐压力,使储罐在正常压力工况下操作,从而保护LNG接收站运行安全。作为LNG接收站安全运行的重要安全措施,对地面火炬的控制原理进行了详细阐述。The pressure of liquefied natural gas(LNG)tank will release the LNG to ground flare if the tank pressure is higher than the high alarm set point for decreasing tank pressure.And ensure the LNG operation is under safety situation.The ground flare is important safety facility in LNG terminal which’s safety principle will protect the terminal under the safety operation.The ground flare control principle will be descripted in this document to increase the terminal safety level.
