摘  要:氢能是实现电力、燃料和供热网络互联互通,以及清洁高效改造的重要环节,在构建不同形式能源互补的综合能源体系和构建清洁、低碳、高效、灵活的能源体系方面发挥着重要作用。针对某1×1 200 N·m^(3)/h水电解制氢项目工艺技术方案进行了阐述,概述了水电解制氢设备的基本配置,分析了制氢系统和供氢系统工艺技术方案核心环节。通过提高技术水平和扩大生产,可降低整个氢能产业链的成本,促进我国氢能产业的发展,帮助实现国家“30 60”双碳目标。Hydrogen energy is an important link in the interconnection and clean and efficient transformation of electricity,fuel and heating networks,and plays an important role in building an integrated energy system with complementary different forms of energy as well as in building a clean,low-carbon,efficient and flexible energy system.In the paper,the process technology scheme of a 1×1200 N·m^(3)/h water electrolysis hydrogen production project is described,firstly outlining the basic configuration of the water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment,followed by an analysis of the core aspects of the process technology scheme of the hydrogen production system and the hydrogen supply system.By improving the technology level and expanding the production,the cost of the whole hydrogen energy industry chain can be reduced,promoting the development of China’s hydrogen energy industry and helping to achieve the national“3060”double carbon target.
