摘　　要：心房颤动(以下简称房颤)是一种临床上常见的心律失常,其主要危害是脑卒中。目前,对于中高风险非瓣膜性房颤患者需长期口服抗凝药物预防脑卒中的发生。但相关研究数据统计显示将近有一半房颤患者中口服抗凝药无效或有禁忌证,近年来左心耳封堵术的开展有效解决了此类问题。然而,左心耳封堵术后并发症封堵器周围残余漏在临床上颇具争议,故本文拟对其临床研究进展作一综述。Atrial fibrillation is a common arrhythmia in clinic,and its main hazard is stroke.At present,long⁃term oral anticoagulants are needed to prevent stroke in patients with medium and high risk of nonvalvular atri⁃al fibrillation.But relevant research data show that the medication therapy is ineffective or subject to contraindica⁃tions in nearly half of patients with atrial fibrillation.In recent years,the development of left atrial appendage clo⁃sure has effectively solved such problems.However,the residual leakage around the occluder after left atrial ap⁃pendage closure is controversial in clinical practice.This paper reviews the clinical research progress of residual leakage around the occluder after left atrial appendage closure.
