摘  要:以黏度为50000 mPa·s的107胶和黏度为1500 mPa·s的107胶复配作为基胶,以重质碳酸钙和纳米碳酸钙为补强填料,制成双组分密封胶的A组分;以黑色浆、交联剂、偶联剂和催化剂制成双组分密封胶的B组分,探讨了配方中两种107胶的复配比对A组分的黏度和挤出速率的影响,以及对最终密封胶产品拉伸强度和断裂伸长率的影响。The component A of a two component sealant is prepared by usinga combination of 107 adhesive witha viscosity of 50000 mPa·s and 107 adhesive with a viscosity of 1500 mPa·s as the base adhesive,and heavy calcium carbonate and nano calcium carbonate as reinforcing fillers.The component B of a two component sealant is prepared by using black paste,crosslinking agent,coupling agent and catalyst.This paper discusses the influence of the compounding ratio of the two 107 adhesives in the formula on the viscosity and extrusion rate of component A,as well as the impact on the tensile strength and elongation at break of the final sealant product.
