摘  要:以聚醚二元醇和六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)进行扩链反应,再以氨基硅烷封端得到硅烷封端聚氨酯预聚体,最后添加填料、助剂等制备了硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶;研究了硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶配方中预聚体用量、增塑剂分子量、硅烷偶联剂种类和用量以及填料种类和用量对密封胶弹性恢复率的影响。配方优化后的SPU密封胶弹性恢复率大于70%,符合GB/T 14683—2017中改性硅酮建筑密封胶(MS)类25LM级别性能指标要求。Polyether diol and hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI)are used for a chain extension reaction first,followed by amino silane termination to obtaina silane terminated polyurethane prepolymer.After that,fillers,additives etc.are added to preparea silane modified polyurethane sealant.The effects of the amount of pre-polymer,molecular weight of plasticizer,type and amount of silane coupling agent,and filler type and amount on the elasticity recovery rate of the sealant are studied in this article.After formula optimization,the elasticity recovery rate of the sealant is greater than 70%,which meets the performance index requirements of silicone and modified silicone sealant for building with class 25LM in standard GB/T 14683—2017.
