摘　　要：本文就建材行业标准JC/T 2700《建筑防水材料行业绿色工厂评价要求》的编写过程、评价要求和评价方法等进行了解读。该标准标准覆盖了企业从原材料进厂到产品出厂的生命周期过程,从用地、能源、资源、环境等不同维度进行全面评价,促使企业通过提高用能效率、提高资源综合利用水平、提高生产自动化程度等途径满足绿色工厂的评价要求。This article interprets the drafting process,evaluation requirements,and evaluation methods of the standard JC/T 2700“Green factory evaluation technical requirement for building waterproof industry”.This standard covers the lifecycle process of enterprises from raw materials entering the factory to final products leaving the factory.It comprehensively evaluates different dimensions such as land use,energy,resources and environment,to promote enterprises to meet the evaluation requirements of green factories by improving energy efficiency,resource comprehensive utilization level,and production automation.
