摘 要:钢铁行业作为能源密集型产业,具有流程长、产量高、能耗大的特点,已经成为我国节能减碳的重点对象。目前企业较多采取的减碳措施是能效优化与工艺改进,可在一定程度上缓解碳排压力。利用二氧化碳的高温氧化性可将其用作转炉氧化剂,既可为炼钢工序提供减碳新途径,又能促进脱磷脱氮,提高煤气产量,一举两得。本文通过维托辛斯基曲线和基于特征线法的索尔法设计了二氧化碳氧枪曲面喷头,使用GAMBIT软件绘制网格,并用Ansys Fluent软件对曲面单孔喷头和常规单孔喷头射流进行模拟分析。研究发现曲面喷管相比于锥形喷管,喷管内部气流过度平滑稳定,无波系结构产生,出口总压与入口总压的比值增加1.258%,能量利用效率提高,射流速度衰减减缓,核心区长度增加0.04m,射流动压力也有所增高。本研究可为CO_(2)在转炉炼钢顶吹中的利用提供指导。As an energy-intensive industry,the iron and steel industry features a long process,high output and high energy consumption,and has become a key object of China's energy saving and carbon reduction.At present,most carbon reduction measures adopted by enterprises are energy efficiency optimization and process improvement,which can alleviate the carbon emission pressure to a certain extent.The high temperature oxidation of carbon dioxide can be used as oxidizer in converter,which can not only provide a new way to reduce carbon in steelmaking process,but also promote dephosphorization and nitrogen removal and increase gas production.In this paper,the surface nozzle of CO_(2) oxygen gun was designed by Witosinski curve and Soll method based on characteristic line method.GAMBIT software was used to draw the grid,and Ansys Fluent software was used to simulate and analyze the jet flow of curved single-hole nozzle and conventional single-hole nozzle.The study found that compared with the conical nozzle,the air flow inside the curved nozzle was excessively smooth and stable,and no wave structure was generated.The ratio of the total pressure at the outlet and the total pressure at the inlet increased by 1.258%,the energy utilization efficiency increased,the jet velocity attenuation slowed down,the length of the core area increased by 0.04m,and the jet flow pressure also increased.This study can provide guidance for the utilization of CO_(2) in the top blow of converter steelmaking.
