摘 要:本文针对冰箱压缩机用热轧酸洗板SPHD冲压过程中出现的“橘皮”问题,利用光学显微镜、拉伸试验机等检测设备对缺陷试样显微组织和力学性能等方面进行系统分析。结果表明:缺陷试样力学性能和化学成分正常,带钢表层铁素体晶粒异常粗大是引起“橘皮”缺陷的主要原因。带钢表层组织异常与终轧温度息息相关,将带钢终轧温度提升至900℃,“橘皮”缺陷得到有效解决。In view of the problem of"orange peel"defect in the stamping process of SPHD hot-rolled pickling plate for refrigerator compressor,the microstructure and mechanical properties of the defective sample were systematically analyzed by using optical microscope,tensile testing machine and other testing equipment,and the results show that the mechanical properties and chemical composition of the defective samples are normal.The abnormal coarseness of ferrite grains on the surface of strip steel is the main reason for the"orange peel"defect.The abnormality of the uniformity of the surface layer of the strip is closely related to the final rolling temperature.When the final rolling temperature of the strip is increased to 900°C,and the"orange peel"defect is effectively solved.
