高温好氧静态堆肥工艺在蛋鸡养殖废弃物处理上的运用

摘　　要：本文通过跟踪笼养蛋鸡固废配套有机肥生产,经过半年的跟踪发现,高温好氧静态堆肥工艺利用好氧微生物(EM)在高温下大量繁殖,在密闭的罐内对鸡粪连续进行发酵腐熟,并在60℃持续3天以上。此过程不但能杀死鸡粪等物料中的寄生虫卵、病原菌等,同时让鸡粪中的有机物分解腐熟加工成有机肥,其产生的恶臭少,并节省能源,是一种值得推广的获得优质有机肥的最佳工艺。Aerobes were in mass propagation in high-heat by high temperature aerobic static compost during half a year’s investigation.Pathogens and parasite ova in chicken manure can be killed with continuous fermentation at 60℃for 3 days in a closed retort.Furthermore,organic matter in chicken manure can be decomposed to organic fertilizer.This process used in chicken manure is a optimal process worth poputarizing for organic fertilizer with fewer stink and saving energy.
