市级不动产统一登记集成管理平台建设研究

摘　　要：随着机构改革的完成和不动产登记工作的不断深入,由政府多个部门进行不动产登记管理的方式已无法满足不动产统一登记管理的需求,构建不动产统一登记平台迫在眉睫。本文根据实际情况,采用数据集成、业务集成以及服务集成的方式,搭建市级不动产统一登记集成管理平台,从而实现不动产统一登记数据的管理、不动产统一登记业务的综合管理以及系统集成管理等功能,提高不动产登记效率。With the completion of institutional reform and the deepening of real estate registration,the way of real estate registration and management by multiple government departments can no longer meet the needs of unified real estate registration and management,so it is urgent to build a unified real estate registration platform.Based on the actual situation,this paper establishes a municipal real estate unified registration integrated management platform for real estate by means of data integration,business integration and service integration,so as to realize the management of unified registration data,comprehensive management of unified registration business and system integration management,and improve the efficiency of real estate registration.
