摘　　要：Since Biden took office,the US’foreign trade policy has demonstrated a dual focus.On the one side,it continued and stepped up the trade restriction policies against China under the Trump administration,particularly the crackdown on Chinese technology enterprises;on the other hand,it eased the strained economic and trade relations during the Trump era with its allies and partner countries.
