洗四方在膝关节后交叉韧带断裂重建术后康复治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析洗四方在膝关节后交叉韧带断裂重建术后康复治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2018年6月至2021年7月我院膝关节病与运动损伤科收治的40例行膝关节后交叉韧带断裂重建术患者作为研究对象,根据康复治疗方案不同将其分成对照组和观察组,各20例。对照组术后严格按照计划进行常规康复治疗,观察组在术后伤口愈合后于对照组基础上加用洗四方。比较两组的治疗效果。结果术后2、24周,两组的膝关节被动屈曲活动度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后4、8、12周,观察组的膝关节被动屈曲活动度大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后2、24周,两组的Lysholm膝关节功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后4、8、12周,观察组的Lysholm膝关节功能评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1、12周,两组的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后2、4、8周,观察组的VAS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1、12周,两组的膝关节肿胀程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后2、4、8周,观察组的膝关节肿胀程度低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论洗四方在膝关节后交叉韧带断裂重建术后康复治疗中的应用效果较好,可改善膝关节活动度和膝关节功能,减轻术后关节疼痛及膝关节肿胀程度,值得推广。Objective To analyze the application effect of Xi Sifang in rehabilitation treatment after reconstruction of posterior cruciate ligament rupture of knee joint.Methods From June 2018 to July 2021,40 patients undergoing reconstruction of posterior cruciate ligament rupture of the knee joint admitted in the knee arthropathy and sports injury department of our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to different rehabilitation treatment schemes,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation treatment in strict accordance with the plan after operation,and the observation group was given Xi Sifang on the basis of the control group after wound healing.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 2 and 24 weeks after operation,there was no significant difference in knee joint passive flexion activity between the two groups(P>0.05);at 4,8 and 12 weeks after operation,the knee joint passive flexion activity of the observation group was greater than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 2 and 24 weeks after operation,there was no significant difference in Lysholm knee function score between the two groups(P>0.05);at 4,8 and 12 weeks after operation,the Lysholm knee function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 and 12 weeks after operation,there was no significant difference in Visual Analogue Score(VAS)score between the two groups(P>0.05);at 2,4 and 8 weeks after operation,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 and 12 weeks after operation,there was no significant difference in the degree of knee joint swelling between the two groups(P>0.05);at 2,4 and 8 weeks after operation,the degree of knee joint swelling in the observation group was lower
