丹心降糖通脉胶囊联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病合并轻度认知功能障碍的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨丹心降糖通脉胶囊联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年3月我院收诊的109例T2DM合并MCI患者为研究对象,采用信封法将其分为对照组(55例,二甲双胍)和观察组(54例,二甲双胍+丹心降糖通脉胶囊)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的蒙特利尔认知评测量表(MoCA)、简易精神状态量表(MMSE)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平低于对照组,脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、脱氢表雄酮(DHEA)水平及β-淀粉样蛋白1-42/β-淀粉样蛋白1-40(Aβ1-42/Aβ1-40)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹心降糖通脉胶囊联合二甲双胍治疗T2DM合并MCI,可提高认知功能,改善血糖、血脂指标及认知功能相关生化指标。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Danxin Jiangtang Tongmai capsules combined with metformin in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)complicated with mild cognitive impairment(MCI).Methods A total of 109 patients with T2DM complicated with MCI admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(55 cases,metformin)and observation group(54 cases,metformin+Danxin Jiangtang Tongmai capsules)by envelope method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)and Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),total cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG)and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the homocysteine(Hcy)level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),dehydroepiandrosterone(DHEA)andβ-amyloid peptide 1-42/β-amyloid peptide 1-40(Aβ1-42/Aβ1-40)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Danxin Jiangtang Tongmai capsules combined with metformin in the treatment of T2DM complicated with MCI can promote cognitive function,and improve blood glucose,blood lipid indexes and cognitive function related biochemical indexes.
