摘　　要：目的探讨基于马斯洛需要层次理论的心理护理结合家庭关怀对不孕症辅助生殖患者希望水平、治疗积极性及并发症的影响。方法选择2018年9月至2020年7月我院收治的90例不孕症辅助生殖患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予基于马斯洛需要层次理论的心理护理结合家庭关怀。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的积极行为、目前与未来态度、保持与他人密切关系评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的积极举动、治疗配合度评分高于对照组,放弃举动评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于马斯洛需要层次理论的心理护理结合家庭关怀可提高不孕症辅助生殖患者希望水平与治疗积极性,减少并发症的发生,值得推广。Objective To explore the effects of psychological nursing based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory combined with family care on hope level,treatment enthusiasm and complications of infertility patients with assisted reproduction.Methods A total of 90 infertility patients with assisted reproduction admitted in our hospital from September 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given psychological nursing based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory combined with family care on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of positive behavior,current and future attitude,maintaining close relationship with others in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of positive behavior,treatment coordination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the score of giving up behavior was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory combined with family care can improve the hope level and treatment enthusiasm of infertility patients with assisted reproduction,and reduce the occurrence of complications,which is worthy of promotion.
