摘  要:仰焊是所有焊接操作中难度最大,对操作人员专业水平要求最高的一种技术,如果操作不当很容易在焊缝表面出现未焊透和咬边,导致焊接位置内部存在气孔和夹渣等缺陷,会严重影响焊缝结构质量和焊件的使用性能。通过分析仰焊单面焊双面成型技术的操作难点和操作要领,总结了常见的焊接缺陷类型及其预防处理措施,以期为相关从业人员提供一定技术参考。Overhead welding is the most difficult technique among all welding operations and requires the highest professional level of operators.Improper operation can easily result in incomplete penetration and undercut on the surface of the weld,leading to defects such as pores and slag inclusions inside the welding position,and seriously affecting the quality of the weld structure and the performance of the welded component.By analyzing the operational difficulties and key points of overhead welding single side welding double side forming technology,it summarizes the common types of welding defects and their prevention and treatment measures,in order to provide some technical references for relevant practitioners.
