中药三七在胃肠疾病护膜法治疗中的运用探析

摘　　要：三七是护膜法中的常用中药,其在胃肠疾病中的应用常体现出固护黏膜屏障之意。通过对文献的挖掘和分析,分别从三七在固护胃膜中的运用、三七在固护肠膜中的运用、三七在护膜法中的服用方法、三七护膜的现代药理研究等方面探讨三七在护膜法中的应用与发展,期望为当代中医临床应用中药三七治疗胃肠疾病提供更多思路和参考。Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma is a commonly used traditional Chinese herbal medicine in membrane protection method,and its application in gastrointestinal diseases often relates to the protection of mucosal barrier.Through literature review and analysis,we discussed the application and development of Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma in membrane protection method in terms of its use in protecting the gastric membrane and intestinal membrane,administration method,and the related modern pharmacological research,with the expectation of providing more ideas and references for the contemporary clinical application of Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases.
