摘 要:神经系统和胃肠系统在生理、病理上都有着紧密的联系,脑-肠轴学说的提出进一步证实了大脑与胃肠系统之间紧密相关。越来越多的研究表明肠道微生物可通过作用于脑-肠轴影响阿尔茨海默病的发生和发展进程。以中医理论为基础,以“微生物-脑-肠轴”作为切入点,提出从肠治脑的方法,探讨中医(中药、针灸)治疗阿尔茨海默病的思路,以期为中医药治疗本病提供参考依据。The nervous system and the gastrointestinal system are closely connected physiologically and pathologically.The proposed theory of braingut axis further confirms the strong correlation between the brain and the gastrointestinal system.An increasing number of studies has indicated that gut microbiota can influence the development and progression of Alzheimer’s disease by acting on the brain-gut axis.Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and the microbiota-brain-gut axis,we propose the approach of treating the brain from the intestine,and discuss the strategy of applying TCM(including traditional Chinese herbal medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion)to the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease in order to provide reference for clinical TCM treatment.
